• Interact with residents, families, staff and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual).
• Support resident independence in recreation based on individual preferences.
• Respect residents' right to make personal choices per their service plan.
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
