Brookridge Heights Assisted Living & Memory Care in Marquette, MI, part of Sonida Senior Living, is hiring a Dining Services Assistant. You’ll help create enjoyable dining experiences for residents and contribute to a warm, caring atmosphere.

No prior food service is required, but helpful. We offer paid training, supportive leadership, flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities to grow with a team that makes a difference in residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and friendly demeanor.

What You\'ll Do

As a Dining Services Assistant, you\'ll help create enjoyable and positive dining experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as assigned
• Helping provide efficient, timely, and friendly meal service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and kitchen
• Creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents and guests
• Ensuring meals are served according to established schedules
• Identifying and communicating food service concerns or issues appropriately
• Following all food safety, workplace safety, and local and state requirements
