Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
• Encourage resident participation in programs and activities.
• Escort residents on activities away from the property as assigned.
• Help with registration of residents for trips and programs.
• Conduct activities as directed by the Life Enrichment Director.
• Maintain activity supplies and assist with purchasing as needed.
• Survey and interview residents to determine interests and satisfaction.
• Observe residents and share information with staff.
• Follow budget guidelines for activities.
