Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist to inspire joy, connection, and purpose through engaging activities and meaningful interactions with residents. You will lead group events, conduct one-on-one visits, and support residents in discovering new hobbies while enhancing quality of life.

This full‑time, hourly non-exempt role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay between $16 and $21.50 per hour based on experience and location, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or working with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create Opportunities for Socialization & Enjoyment - plan and prepare daily events prioritizing enjoyment and socialization.
• Promote and Facilitate Activity Involvement - inform residents of activities and lead sessions.
• Maintain Resident Records - record attendance and progress notes with confidentiality.
• Conduct One-on-One Visits - provide individualized attention using sensory props, music, and reading.
• Other Duties as Assigned - participate in staff meetings and collaborate on projects.
