Responsibilities

• Engage residents in scheduled activities.
• Provide reminders/encouragement/escort to resident activities.
• Maintain a clutter-free environment, ensuring all activities and materials are prepped ahead of scheduled activities and cleaned up afterward.
• Conduct interviews to assess interests and hobbies as directed by Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Assist with meal service daily as directed.
• Keep common areas clean, neat and organized for resident use and events.
• Ensure resident safety and care needs are met before outings.
