Job summary

StoryPoint Grove City is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to plan and execute activities that enhance the social welfare and interests of residents in a senior living community. The role focuses on personal programming and resident engagement, serving as an expert for activities across all residents.

The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with compensation at $18 per hour and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings weekends and holiday hours
• Compassionate towards the senior population
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team
• Proficient in general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction planning communication and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director with administrative tasks as needed
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety
• Support in proper setup clean up and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces
• Support transportation by attending outings coordinating relevant administrative tasks and upholding safety practices
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook
• Provide direction to Life Enrichment support roles eg LEA Shuttle Drivers regarding day to day activities and responsibilities
• Support functional responsibilities in absence of Life Enrichment Director as needed

Position Summary
The Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community
