Responsibilities

Program Design: Create monthly calendars featuring diverse social, creative, spiritual, and physical events.
Department Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise activities assistants and volunteers.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records, assessments, and care plans matching state and federal mandates.
Budget Oversight: Manage the department budget and order all entertainment, decorations, and supplies.
