Job summary

Villa Maria in Mulvane, KS seeks a Department Head of Life Enrichment to lead the activity team in a skilled nursing facility. You will design monthly calendars, oversee staff, and ensure programs support resident independence and community engagement.

This Full-Time role requires a Bachelor's in therapeutic recreation or related field, plus ADC certification preferred or required, and at least two years of healthcare program management experience with knowledge of state regulations and MDS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation, activities, or related human services field.
• ADC certification via NCCAP highly preferred or required.
• Minimum 2 years of managing programs in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Deep knowledge of state health department regulations and MDS assessment processes.
