Dimensions Living Fitchburg is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities for residents, fostering social and emotional well-being. The role involves planning a monthly calendar, coordinating group and individual sessions, and collaborating with nursing staff and volunteers to enhance overall programming.

You will build relationships with residents, tailor activities to abilities, and support transportation and event execution.

Competenze

• Experience in recreation, life enrichment, or senior living preferred.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.
• Friendly, adaptable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.

Mansioni

• Assist in planning and leading group and one-on-one activities for residents.
• Support a monthly calendar of events including games, crafts, fitness, music, outings, and special events.
