Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the DLE with planning, coordinating, and running all community activities.
2. Assist with the planning of the monthly activities calendar and newsletter (if necessary).
3. Encourage residents to participate in community activities, supporting their independence.
4. Help with ordering supplies and equipment for activities.
5. Attend off-site outings as required, ensuring residents' safety and engagement.
6. Maintain the Activity Participation Tracking Chart, if applicable, and support the success of the community Parallel Programming schedule.
7. Interact with residents and/or family members while respecting residents' rights to privacy.
8. Safely drive residents to and from activities when needed.
9. Work in a safe and alert manner, taking ownership of safety for yourself and residents.
10. Disclose any medications that might impair your ability to perform your duties safely or competently.
11. Lead by example, exhibiting the CORE Values.
