Touchmark, LLC in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator for Assisted Living to design and lead engaging activities that enrich residents’ daily lives.

You will plan daily programs, coordinate events, partner with Dining Services, recruit volunteers, and document participation to improve programming, while ensuring a compassionate, community-focused atmosphere for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in recreation, hospitality, or human services preferred.
• Experience planning and leading activities in senior living, hospitality, or recreational settings.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily programs, events, classes, and excursions promoting wellness across physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
• Encourage resident participation and foster community engagement.
• Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings.
• Partner with Dining Services and other departments for celebrations and theme events.
• Document attendance, participation, and feedback to improve programming.
• Assist with recruitment of volunteers and outside entertainment.
