Asbury Heights, a welcoming senior living community, seeks a creative and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team! In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents by developing and implementing a comprehensive life enrichment program.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse life enrichment program that caters to residents' physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including activities staff, volunteers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
• Identify resident interests and needs through assessments and ongoing interaction to create personalized activity plans.
• Source and implement engaging activities, including social events, educational workshops, fitness programs, creative pursuits, and spiritual gatherings.
• Oversee the activities staff and volunteers, providing training, mentorship, and support.
• Track resident participation and program outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in senior enrichment programs.
• Foster a culture of lifelong learning, creativity, and social interaction within the community.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Recreation Administration, Health Promotion, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in senior living or a related field, with a focus on activities and program development.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a comprehensive life enrichment program.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for creating engaging experiences for seniors.
• Strong commitment to resident-centered care and a collaborative approach.
