Job summary

AdviniaCare Venice seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life by creating and leading recreational activities, events, and programs that promote socialization, independence, and dignity.

You will work with nursing and social services to provide comprehensive care, recruit and manage volunteers, and monitor program effectiveness to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications may be preferred.
• Experience in nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• First aid and CPR training.
