Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The role supports the Life Enrichment Director, helps recruit volunteers, and builds community partnerships to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior living, recreation, activities, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivate residents, staff, and volunteers while fostering a welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to resident services and activities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

• Ensure activities are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide support during evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate residents, staff, and volunteers while fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.

• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to resident services and activities preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn new software applications.

• Ability to maintain required state-level certifications or licenses (such as a CDL, if applicable, for resident transportation duties).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
