Position: Life Enrichment Assistant

Location: Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living & Memory Care – Sacramento, CA

Your Role Includes:

Assisting the Life Enrichment Director with daily activities and events

️ Delivering programs that support residents’ emotional, social, and physical wellness

Helping design the monthly activity calendar and community newsletter

Driving residents on fun and meaningful outings (must meet driving requirements)

Supporting a person-centered care philosophy with dignity, respect, and compassion

???? Following all safety, infection control, and state training requirements

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Friendly and reliable team player with great communication skills

Ability to speak, read, and write English

Basic computer skills

Must pass a state criminal background check, submit LIC 508 and LIC 503 forms

Prior experience with seniors is a plus – but a positive attitude is a must!
