Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Assistant Life Enrichment Director for a part-time schedule (Mon, Wed, every other Sat & Sun, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) in Adamsville, TN.

You will help create monthly activity calendars, lead daily programs, document attendance and progress notes, monitor resident moods, and report changes to the Life Enrichment Director while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating the monthly calendar, lead daily activities, and document resident attendance and progress notes.
• Observe resident moods, behaviors, and involvement; report changes to the Life Enrichment Director.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Life Enrichment Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
