Job summary

Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant. This full-time opportunity emphasizes daily engagement for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The role includes planning programs, fostering resident participation, and coordinating with volunteers. We seek candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, preferably with prior experience in a senior living or recreation setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior living, recreation, activities, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain required state-level certifications or licenses.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading activities and enrichment programs.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director in maintaining a comprehensive calendar of activities.
• Help recruit and support volunteers to enhance resident engagement.
