Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan engaging daily activities for residents in our memory care community. This role supports the activities programming team and helps enrich residents' lives with compassionate, fun programming.

The position is available both full-time and part-time, with shifts from 10am to 5pm. We offer a generous benefits package after 30 days and 30 hours per week, including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with families in a customer-based senior living environment.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to drive a large van.
• Active with creative programs such as Fitness, Painting, Travel, poetry club, games, crafting and wood working.
• The Activities Assistant helps to keep residents engaged with daily programs.
