Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to lead engaging activities for residents and support a vibrant senior living community. The role requires creativity, reliability, and excellent communication to enrich daily life and wellness.

The position offers both full-time and part-time hours (10am-5pm) with a competitive benefits package after probation. Candidates should be comfortable transporting residents and driving a large van as needed.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing candidate; able to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based Senior Living environment.
• Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to drive a large van.
• Activities Assistant helps keep residents engaged with daily programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps them engaged.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.

• The Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Assistant) helps to keep our residents engaged with daily programs.
