Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents. You will support the Life Enrichment Director in delivering programs that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.

• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
