Job summary

The Orchards at Warren is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and implement engaging activities for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role promotes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents through meaningful interaction and daily enrichment.

You will develop and lead group and individual activities, encourage participation, and support events while ensuring safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
