Community Spokane Memory Care at South Hill is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead daily activities for residents, make announcements, and promote participation. You will help decorate, organize events, and maintain records while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
The role requires a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of geriatric activity experience, plus CPR/First Aid certifications if not current.

Must satisfy all state health, licensure/certification, and background requirements.Education/Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer 6 months to 1 year of experience in geriatric recreational and social activities.
Certificates and Licenses: Must complete CPR and First Aid certifications , if not current. Food Handler certification may also be required. Must meet any additional licensing requirements in state(s) of practice.
Communication Skills: Receive and carry out verbal or written instruction. Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via email with customers and co-workers. Make group presentations to share information or explain policies and procedures.
Organization/Self-Management Skills: Perform a variety of duties, moving between tasks of differing nature, with occasional distractions and interruptions. Prioritize competing requirements to complete work in a timely manner when there are changes to workload and assignments.
Computer Skills: Requires proficiency with computers to participate in training and/or other assigned tasks.
Assists the Director of Life Enrichment with social activities both inside and outside of the assigned community.
