Your Role:

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our community, creating unforgettable experiences for our residents. Your role includes:

  • Activity Design: Develop and post engaging monthly activity calendars and daily schedules.
  • Resident Engagement: Inspire residents to participate in activities and use reminiscence techniques to create joyful moments.
  • Maintain Excellence: Keep activity areas and equipment in pristine condition.
  • Foster Connections: Promote positive interactions between residents, families, and community groups.
  • Organize Events: Plan and coordinate special events and recognitions, aligning with community goals.
  • Transportation: Provide safe transportation for appointments and outings, with local area knowledge a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Assisted Living or Senior Care (6 months preferred).
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Minimum age of 21.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations in the past year).
    • Ability to learn to drive a passenger van.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork.
