The Heritage at Fox Run Assisted Living in Council Bluffs is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant. You’ll meet with residents and families, coordinate move-ins, help create newsletters, and post content on social platforms to showcase community life.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in activity planning in senior living, experience with memory-care, CPR/BLS, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork. We offer a supportive, values-driven team with benefits and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do:

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
• Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
