Job summary

Simpson is seeking a Life Enrichment Aide to join our team at Simpson House in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time, day-shift role supports resident-centered programs, helps plan and transport residents, and delivers meaningful activities aligned with residents' interests and routines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and can work independently or with a team.

At Simpson Our Life Enrichment Aide is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day delivery of resident centered and resident directed programs while exceeding Simpsons quality standards.

The Life Enrichment Aide is responsible for helping with the planning and implementation of programs at the community, transporting residents to and from programs, encouraging residents to join programs, and delivering programs that meet the quality measures of Simpson.
