Rockingham County, NH is seeking Life Enrichment Aides to implement and lead activities for residents. You will work under the Life Enrichment Supervisor to create engaging programs that meet functional needs and reflect residents' interests, in both group and one-on-one settings.
The role requires prior experience with elderly individuals, fluency in English, and a High School Diploma or GED. An LNA certification from NH is preferred. Shift is Mon-Fri daytime with full-time, non-exempt status.

SCOPE OF POSITION:Our Life Enrichment Aides implement multi-faceted activities as scheduled or assigned by the Life Enrichment Supervisor to ensure the programs meet the functional needs and reflect the interests of each resident. Activities are done in both group settings or one-on-one with the residents.

Our Life Enrichment Aides are a vital part of our dynamic team! They develop and lead programs, complete individual activity interventions that meet the needs of our residents, and perform program support services such as transporting residents, assembling equipment, and preparing/maintaining work areas as the activity indicates.
SHIFT: Mon - Fri 12pm-8pm, Rotating Weekends
STATUS: Full Time / Non-Exempt / Union
