Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Ravenna, OH seeks a dedicated team member to support recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs for residents, aligned with assessments and care plans. You will collaborate with supervisors to enhance quality of life and engagement for residents.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, a willingness to learn, and a positive, compassionate approach to care. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive hourly pay and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs; align with resident assessments and care plans.
• Follow supervisor directions to support resident engagement and quality of life.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
