What it takes to join our team:

• MUST obtain Chauffeur's License for driving and transporting residents in facility bus/vehicle within 60 days of hire
• Willing to work weekends and evenings
• You’ll have the energy to engage in a physically active role
• Reliability, passion, and a commitment to bring your best self, every day
• It’s a bonus if you’ve ever called yourself a caregiver, home health aide, personal care assistant, personal aide, resident assistant, med-tech, medication assistant or direct care worker
• 6+ months experience in a life enrichment department/skilled nursing or senior living setting
• Creativity and musically inclined to sing or play an instrument is a plus!

What you will do as a Life Enrichment Aide at Brecon Village Senior Living Community:

• Lead and assist with individual and group activities for Independent, Assisted and Memory Support residents
• Manage time/assignments effectively
• Push/pull loads up to 25 pounds
• Transport residents to and from activities
• Be comfortable creating and facilitating activities in a variety of settings
