The Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning activities that benefit and align with the social welfare and interests of residents in a senior living community. The role involves serving as an expert in personal programming for all residents.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards seniors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure resident safety in all tasks and functions.
• Maintain activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation logistics, including outings and safety practices.
• Adhere to all standards in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide guidance to support roles regarding daily activities.
• Support responsibilities in the absence of the Director.

Working Conditions:

This role involves standing for extended periods, effective communication, and the ability to handle equipment and documents. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and travel may be required. The environment is moderate noise level, with appropriate interaction with others.
