StoryPoint Prospect Overview in Prospect, KY, seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant (Part Time) to plan and support activities for residents of a senior life connections community. The role involves assisting the Life Enrichment Director with daily programs, coordinating outings, and ensuring resident safety while fostering social engagement.

Responsibilities include setting up activities, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings weekends and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
• Proficient in general computer skills.

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction planning communication and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support in proper setup clean up and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings coordinating relevant administrative tasks and upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.

General Working Conditions
