Position Summary:

The Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing activities that promote social welfare and interests of residents in a senior community.

Required Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support our culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure resident safety in all tasks.
• Maintain activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation for outings and coordinate related tasks.
• Follow all standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Working Conditions:

This role involves standing for long periods, effective communication, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. It requires interaction with others, reading detailed documents, and occasional travel. The environment has a moderate noise level.
