Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will contribute to a dynamic program that supports holistic wellness and meaningful engagement in daily life.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, being 25 or older, a clean driving record, and willingness to transport residents. Prior experience with seniors or event planning is preferred, with physical ability to perform lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care)
• Drive company vehicle to transport residents to outside events as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
• Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned
• Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Required: Current, valid driver’s license
• Required: Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements

• Required: Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
• Prefer: Experience working with one or more of the following: seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills
• Individual is required to perform standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout their shift.

Legend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion. This position may require the associate to work evenings and weekends as needed.
