Arbors at Streetsboro is seeking an Activities Assistant to help organize engaging programs for residents. You will support the activity director, encourage participation and help create meaningful daily experiences in a compassionate skilled-nursing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the resident activity director as needed.
• Provides comfort and stimulation to residents through activities.
• Leads and participates in individual and group activities.
• Develops and posts monthly activity calendars for residents and families.
• Maintains records of activities and attendance.
• Promotes volunteer efforts within the community.
• Stores activity equipment and cleans area after activities.
• Utilizes the Biopsychosocial model to support resident well‑being.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
