We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the Life Enrichment team, making a positive impact on residents' lives through engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Oversee specific life enrichment components (e.g., Memory Care, specific activities) as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation for residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills.
• Required: Current, valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
