Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
- Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences
- Oversee specific life enrichment components as assigned
- Coordinate transportation for residents, including driving company vehicles
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record meets insurance requirements
- Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles
- Preferred: Experience with seniors, event planning, customer service, or creative skills
