Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences
• Oversee specific life enrichment components as assigned
• Coordinate transportation for residents, including driving company vehicles
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Driving record meets insurance requirements
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles
• Preferred: Experience with seniors, event planning, customer service, or creative skills
