Job summary

Bridge Senior Living invites applicants for a Life Engagement Assistant to plan and deliver therapeutic recreational programs that promote wellness, enjoyment, and meaningful activity for residents. You will collaborate with other departments to tailor activities, help coordinate transportation for events and appointments, and assist in preparing the monthly Community newsletter.

A high school diploma or GED and CPR certification are required, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License with safe driving record required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments.
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter.
