Job summary

Mayvin seeks a senior Life Cycle Logistics Management Analyst to support the U.S. Army and PAE Maneuver Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will serve as a senior logistics expert for CPE Ground programs to ensure capabilities are properly maintained and sustained.

You will work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with military, civilian, and other contracted personnel. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and DoD policies (DoD 5000 series, AR 70‑1, AR 700-127, AR 700-142).
• Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level logistics expertise.
• Integrates and plans for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) in all phases of sustainment and acquisition processes.
• Interfaces with military and civilian stakeholders and other contractors.
• Establishes and assists in planning, coordinating, defending and executing Life Cycle Logistics support.
• Produces acquisition logistics documentation in support of products.
• Manages and coordinates life-cycle logistics activities across DoD programs.

The candidate will serve as a senior level life cycle logistics expert for CPE Ground programs to ensure capabilities delivered by CPE are properly maintained and sustained.

The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

• Provides senior-level logistics expertise
• Integrates and plans for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) in all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes
• Routinely interfaces with:
  • ASA(ALT)
  • AMC
  • LCMC
  • CPE Ground Staff
  • ATEC
  • AEC
  • CASCOM
  • MCOE
  • Other PAE / CPEs and PM on logistics requirements
• Establishes and assists in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of the PAE/CPE and PM’s Life Cycle Logistics support under the processes of DoD acquisition and sustainment
• Produces acquisition logistics documentation in support of the PAE/CPE and PM’s products
• Performs and develops plans and projects, determines needs, investigates and resolves problems, interfaces with other functions and stakeholders, prepares capital assets and operating requests, and manages functional areas
• Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP, etc.) for acquisition and sustainment operations
• Directs the activities of a group of applicable stakeholders in order to conduct focused strategic planning and analysis for all life-cycle management functions
• May provide Air Drop Liaison support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70‑1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142
• Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting an Army Program office
• Prior military service
