Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a LifeCafe Staff member in Scottsdale to deliver high‑quality food and beverage items in a fast‑paced environment. You will follow recipes, ensure speed of service, and provide friendly, attentive assistance to members.

You will also maintain a clean, sanitized cafe work area, assist with espresso drinks, and respond to member questions with thoughtful recommendations. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to stand and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner


• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service


• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment


• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time


• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs


• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
