Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking LifeCafe staff to prepare menu items according to recipes and achieve fast service standards. You will provide exceptional customer service and keep a clean, sanitized cafe environment for a busy member-focused setting.

Responsibilities include handling food, shakes and beverages quickly, answering members' questions, suggesting menu items, and maintaining espresso order efficiency while staying mindful of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced cafe setting.
• Must be able to follow recipes and service standards consistently.

• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
