Job summary

Life Time is hiring LifeCafe Staff in Maple Grove to prepare menu items per recipe and maintain fast service standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service, answer member questions, and keep the cafe clean and sanitized while serving beverages and espresso drinks.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and obtaining CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Wages start at $13.25 and go to $15.75 per hour, based on experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
