Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate email and create/save documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and proper temperatures.
• Lead by example with compliance to Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members to gain knowledge, skills, and higher responsibility.
• Act as a Biscuitville leader in-store and in the community.
• Create a friendly guest atmosphere by engaging with diners.
• Assist with operating costs and cash control.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper ordering.
• FIll in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
