Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years actuarial experience in life insurance or annuities.
- Successful completion of 4 actuarial exams.
- Ability to travel about 50% on average.
- Eligible for immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience in product development across distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor life insurance and annuity products, market, and regulatory developments to inform solution design.
- Redesign and modernize underwriting, new business, product development, and financial reporting processes.
- Support deployment of tools and data analytics to improve stakeholder experience and reduce costs.
- Contribute to design and deployment of proprietary models, algorithms, and data sets in a consulting context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to support solution development, sales, and practice initiatives.
