Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Actuarial Senior Consultant to advise life insurance and annuity clients on modernization, transformation, and analytics within the Insights, Innovation & Operate team.

Expect to monitor regulatory developments, redesign core actuarial functions, and deploy tools and data sources to improve outcomes for clients. Travel is required up to 50% based on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Successful completion of 4 actuarial exams is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average is expected.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Advise life insurance and annuity clients on actuarial modernization, business transformation, and analytics initiatives.
• Monitor product, market, and regulatory developments to inform solution design.
• Redesign and modernize underwriting, new business, product development, and financial reporting processes.
