• Send out notice of settlement.
• Scan mail into proper folders for all cases.
• Call health insurance for updates.
• If needed, call clients for missing insurance information.
• Update Salesforce with proper documentation for all departments.
• Work closely with Liens for finals or opening any or entities necessary.
• Submit reductions.
