Citi is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Team Lead in Puebla to guide a small team and drive Citi’s sales initiatives. You will coach performance, manage client accounts, and proactively pursue new business, while ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service to Citi clients.

You’ll collaborate with the Consumer Sales team to meet revenue targets and develop cross-selling opportunities, with a focus on integrity and customer satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
• Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
• Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
