Job summary

Boston Children's Martha Eliot Community Health Center in Jamaica Plain seeks a LICSW social worker for a 30-hour week to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in a busy community health setting.

The role requires Wednesday meetings (8:30–9:30) and one to two evenings until 6 or 7. Potential for remote hours after team orientation. A $3,750 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work.
• LICSW licensure in MA required.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing mental health treatment to children and adolescents in a busy community health center.
• Performing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborating with primary care in an integrated care model.
