ADT is seeking a Licensing Administrator in Springville, UT to process new and renewal license applications and guide licensed staff. You will ensure licenses are obtained and maintained in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong organization, meticulous record keeping, and the ability to communicate with regulatory agencies and internal teams. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, in-office with benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some college and six months experience gathering information from various businesses or governmental entities.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research.

Responsibilities

  • Processes license applications and renewals and informs staff of status.
  • Completes forms accurately and submits for processing.
  • Responds to questions/complaints and maintains licensing files.
  • Tracks application and renewal status and follows up as needed.
  • Uses internal programs and internet sites to verify license status.
  • Interacts with regulatory inquiries and prepares documentation.
  • Performs general clerical duties as assigned.

Processes all new and renewal license applications and provides guidance to licensed business center staff. Ensures that required licenses are issued and properly maintained in accordance with state regulations.

Candidates must be located in Springville, UT
Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that state licenses are obtained and maintained for all positions that require a license.
  • Completes applications/renewal forms and instructions for completion and ensures accuracy prior to submitting for processing.
  • Submits renewal forms and miscellaneous correspondence.
  • Receives, researches, and responds to incoming questions/complaints; provides information, explains policies and procedures. Maintains and or creates files/record keeping systems for individual licensing.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
  • Tracks application and renewal status and follows up on issues, conflicts and problems.
  • Uses internal programs, and internet sites for recording and verifying license status.
  • Responds to licensing inquiries from company and industry contacts.
  • Performs legal research and communicate requirements/restrictions to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintains licensing files and the integrity of the licensing database.
  • Assists with special projects as initiated and supervised by manager.
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned and approved by the Licensing Manager and leadership.

  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and a proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet.
  • Knowledge of organization’s products, policies and procedures, and the respective functions of the departments.

Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and twist; use hands to handle, push, pull or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The pay range for this role is $14.90 - $24.84 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
