Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Details

Location: Kansas City area (In-office during training, then remote; must reside in Kansas City market/surrounding areas). Office located in Overland Park, KS.

Pay Range: $58,700 - $70,400 per year. Actual pay based on skills and experience.

Role Overview

The Licensing and Certification Analyst/Specialist will prepare and submit license applications, conduct regulatory research, gather regional licensure information, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time position with approximately 6 months of in-office training, transitioning to remote work.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit license applications to government agencies.
2. Research statutes and regulations, producing clear reports.
3. Gather licensure/certification information for the region.
4. Notify agencies of reportable events.
5. Maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; JD or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Effective interaction across organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
