Job summary

TEKsystems in San Diego, CA is seeking an Entry Level Registration Specialist for a contract position. You will handle registrations, FINRA requests, and correspondence with Advisors, while coordinating with RegEd and other systems.

This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a high-volume environment. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package, with a pay rate of $27.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of support experience in financial services or related field.
• College degree preferred
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Submit state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes and phone number updates for representatives.
• Follow up as needed for additional information from representatives
• Navigate through RegEd, FINRA and online systems
• Analyze responses and be able to know when additional follow up or escalation is needed
• Prioritize multiple requests
• Provide customer service to Advisors over the phone and through written correspondence
• Performing general clerical duties, including data entry, generating departmental letters and processing applications
• Assisting with the insurance, advisory and securities licensing of Advisors
