Job summary

Fanatics Licensing Management (FLM) is seeking a Licensing Administrator to support operations, client and contract management, and trademark enforcement across a diverse client base in higher-ed and pro leagues. You will help ensure licensees meet obligations while delivering a positive partner experience.

The role emphasizes data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to improve processes and outcomes, in a hybrid NY-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy across contract compliance, royalty reporting, and licensee communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with comfort navigating proprietary databases and licensing management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address licensee inquiries professionally and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Support prioritized projects including renewals, contract compliance, system updates, and policy change notifications.
• Coordinate across FLM teams to maintain accurate records of contract compliance and requirements.
• Assist licensees through the full lifecycle of licensing relationships and respond to inquiries.
